Where Is The Way Finders Compass?
Destiny 2’s Season of the Lost was an outstanding season in the rich and evergrowing past of the FPS space MMO from Bungie. It was the last season in the Beyond Light era, and it was a surprising six months long due to an unanticipated hold of The Witch Queen. This left plenty of time for players to completely upgrade their Wayfinders Compass and access all of the mods it had to deliver.
Important Note:
The Wayfinders Compass was pulled from the game with the launch of The Witch Queen expansion in February of 2022. It is no longer available.
Where is the Wayfinders Compass in Destiny 2?
The Wayfinders Compass was a reward for finishing the introduction quest to Season of the Lost. Once opened, the Wayfinders Compass could be located in the Awoken wing on board the H.E.L.M. We can also discover it in the Artifact slot of our character menu. Destiny veterans will understand that each season features an artefact that offers characters extra power and mods.
What is the Wayfinders Compass in Destiny 2?
The Wayfinders Compass is an old Awoken artefact that permits movement and cartography between dimensions. Throughout the season, you would conclude activities and gain Parralax Trajectory, a currency employed to improve and advance the compass. These improvements were helpful in achieving the quests in Season of the Lost and advancing further into them each week. You can also level up the Wayfinders Compass simply by playing, and it rewards you with powerful mods to provide for the duration of the season.
Unfortunately, the Wayfinders Compass was pulled from the game with the launch of The Witch Queen and Season of the Risen. It is doubtful to return, as every new season conveys its own seasonal artefact. Still, it is beneficial to understand what it was and how we used it in case it is noted in any upcoming lore entries.
